  • Members are eligible to appeal for a full refund of their initial deposit within the first 7 days if they are not satisfied with the fund management service. If the account has already generated profit, the company reserves the right to revoke any profit earned along with the refund.
  • In the event that the initial deposit fails to generate any profit and is completely lost, the company guarantees a full refund of the initial deposit within one business day.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via our official contact methods. Our support team will review each case individually before approval.
  • Any refund processed will be returned to the original payment method used for the deposit unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Refunds will not be granted after the 7-day appeal window unless exceptional circumstances are proven and approved by management.
  • The company holds the right to reject refund claims found to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of our terms and conditions.
